During his career, Ben has spent time as HR Manager (7 years), Health Safety & Wellbeing Manager (6.5 years) and many in his own OHS/WHS, HR and Recruitment Consulting/Contracting business where he has built and developed People systems from the ground up. His expertise combined with his personable, professional and practical approach lends himself well to this area.
